I'm 12 and I have a few pairs of skinny jeans. I have the same problem with my jeans. Mine are usually too big, so I just a belt. Besides, what jeans will depend on how you want to format. some of which are trademarks of mines:
Found Bullhead (in Pac SO)
Aeropostale (Aeropostale jeans, but they tend to run) a little too short and too narrow
Hollister
Not Abercrombie (Abercrombie & Fitch. There is a big difference. Jeans A & F is much greater, then Abercrombie)
Macys (free jeans cuz they have many different brands)
Charlotte Russe Jeans (personally, cuz I Luv have smaller sizes)
