Can you get a paid/settled California Tax Lien Taken Off Credit Report BEFORE 7 or 10 years? - california recorder of deeds
My husband has a tax lien (California - Los Angeles County office of the recorder) has submitted its report in 2003. Paid in 2005. Is there a way to eliminate the age of 7 or 10 years to reach the matter?
I know that in those cases could jeopardize the unsecured creditors of the company and do not respond within 30 days, Trans Union, Equifax, Experian, and are legally obliged to cancel within 60 days. Could this be the case for CA state tax?
